40A:27-11 - Adoption of resolution or ordinance

40A:27-11.   Adoption of resolution or ordinance     After the hearing, if the governing body of a local unit decides to carry out the local improvements, it shall pass a resolution or ordinance, as the case may be, to proceed to make the local improvements.
