40A:14-149.3 - Reimbursement of municipality of salary received during suspension by police officer if found guilty
40A:14-149.3. Reimbursement of municipality of salary received during suspension by police officer if found guiltyIf any municipal police officer is suspended with pay and is found guilty of the charges brought against him said police officer shall reimburse the municipality for all pay received by him during the period of his suspension.
