40A:14-148 - Hearings
40A:14-148. HearingsExcept as otherwise provided by law, the officer, board or authority empowered to hear and determine the charge or charges made against a member or officer of the police department or force, shall have the power to subpoena witnesses and documentary evidence. The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction to enforce any such subpoena.
