40A:11-15.2 - Contracts for purchase of electricity for new county correction facility
40A:11-15.2. Contracts for purchase of electricity for new county correction facility63.In the case of construction of a new county correction facility, in addition to the purchase of thermal energy, contracts for the purchase of electricity shall be permitted pursuant to subsection (1)(c) of section 15 of P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-15).
