40A:14-78 - Appropriation to be voted upon, form of question
40A:14-78. Appropriation to be voted upon, form of question 40A:14-78. Any appropriation or other matter to be voted upon at such election shall be in the form of a question, placed upon the ballot immediately following the names of the candidates for members of the board of fire commissioners, in substantially the following form:
YES. (Question to be voted on)
NO.
The voter shall indicate his approval or opposition by making a cross (X), plus (+) or check ( ) mark in ink or pencil in the appropriate square.
