40A:14-78.15 - Financing of emergency appropriation
40A:14-78.15. Financing of emergency appropriation A fire district may finance any emergency appropriation from the district's available surplus funds, or may borrow money for a period of time not in excess of one year and execute the necessary evidences of indebtedness.
