40:68-9 - Officers, agents and employees
40:68-9. Officers, agents and employeesAny municipality may provide for and employ all officers, agents, engineers and employees needed to carry out the powers given by this chapter, and prescribe their duties, powers and authority, fix their salaries and compensation and their terms of office and employment and the method of appointment and employment, removal, suspension or discharge.
