40:67-16.10 - Ordinances and regulations; approval
40:67-16.10. Ordinances and regulations; approvalNo ordinance or regulation adopted thereunder pursuant to this act shall become effective unless and until it shall have been approved by the Commissioner of Transportation of the Department of Transportation.
