40:49-27c - Notice of election
40:49-27c. Notice of election. If the ordinance is to be submitted to the voters, notice of the election shall be published at least once in a newspaper published in the municipality or, if there is no such newspaper, in a newspaper published in the county and circulating in the municipality. The notice shall be published at least 10 days before the date of the election.
