4:19-35 - Fines, fees, used for enforcement by municipalities
4:19-35. Fines, fees, used for enforcement by municipalities All fines and fees collected or received by the municipality pursuant to sections 13 and 15 of this act shall be deposited in a special account and used by the municipality to administer and enforce the provisions of this act.
