4:19-15.21 - Courts of jurisdiction, summary hearing, process
4:19-15.21. Courts of jurisdiction, summary hearing, process 21. The Superior Court and the municipal courts shall have jurisdiction to hear and determine in a summary manner proceedings for violations of any of the provisions of this act. Penalties for such violations shall be enforced and recovered pursuant to "the penalty enforcement law" (N.J.S.2A:58-1 et seq.) at the suit of the Commissioner of Health of the State of New Jersey or of the local board of health or the municipality. Process shall be either in the nature of a summons or warrant.
