39:6A-20 - Powers of commissioner of insurance
39:6A-20. Powers of commissioner of insuranceFor the purpose of implementing and enforcing this act, the Commissioner of Insurance shall possess all of those general powers as enumerated in Title 17 of the Revised Statutes.
