39:4-56.7 - Issuance of summons for violation by law enforcement officer
39:4-56.7. Issuance of summons for violation by law enforcement officerAny law enforcement officer may in the performance of his duty enter upon the property upon request of the property owner wherein a vehicle is parked in violation of section 1 of this act for the purpose of issuing a summons for such violation.
