39:4-118 - Beacon or flashing signal
39:4-118. Beacon or flashing signalBeacon or flashing signals may be erected on pedestals or posts or suspended by means of mast arms or cables over the intersection, but the signal shall not be erected within the travelable portion of a highway, except as provided in section 39:4-114 of this Title.
