39:3-27.60 - Use of fees collected
39:3-27.60. Use of fees collected 2. The director shall retain from the fees collected pursuant to subsection c. of section 1 of this act such sums as are necessary to provide for all costs incurred by the division in the implementation of this act as certified by the director.
