39:3-27.33 - Members of military reserve unit; special license plates
39:3-27.33. Members of military reserve unit; special license platesUpon the application of any person who is a resident of this State and who is an active member of a military reserve unit, as certified by the appropriate military authority, the director shall issue for the motor vehicle owned by the person special registration plates, of a design to be approved by the director and at a fee to be prescribed by the director, identifying the holder as a member of a military reserve unit, in addition to the registration number and other markings or identification otherwise prescribed by law.
