39:3-10.31 - Motorcycle road test, waiver
39:3-10.31. Motorcycle road test, waiver 6. The Director of the Division of Motor Vehicles may waive the road test portion of the examinations required for a motorcycle license or endorsement under R.S.39:3-10 for the holder of an examination permit who has successfully completed a motorcycle safety education course established under the provisions of section 1 of P.L.1991, c.452 (C.27:5F-36).
