Section 34:8A
34:8A-16 - Agreement by employee to waive or modify rights;  invalidity

34:8A-16.  Agreement by employee to waive or modify rights;  invalidity     Any agreement by an employee purporting to waive or to modify his rights hereunder, shall be void as contrary to public policy.
