34:7-9 - Service of process
34:7-9. Service of process 34:7-9. Any process under the provisions of this article shall be served by the commissioner or a member of the engineers' and firemen's license bureau or by any officer authorized to serve process in the Superior Court, Law Division, Special Civil Part, or municipal courts.
