34:2-21.11 - Certificate or permit as conclusive evidence of age
34:2-21.11. Certificate or permit as conclusive evidence of ageAn employment or age certificate or special permit issued in accordance with this act shall be conclusive evidence of the age of the minor for whom issued in any proceeding involving the employment of a minor under the child-labor or workmen's compensation law or any other labor law of the State, as to any act occurring subsequent to its issuance.
