34:11A-8 - Entitlement to remedies
34:11A-8. Entitlement to remedies Fringe benefit funds entitled to the remedies against a private or public project owner provided pursuant to sections 4 and 5 of this act are entitled only to those fringe benefits earned by workers on the particular project constructed for the owner.
