34:11-19 - Punishment for issuing orders in payment for labor
34:11-19. Punishment for issuing orders in payment for laborAny person giving or issuing in payment of labor, any due bills or orders contrary to law shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and punishable by fine of not more than five hundred dollars.
