34:15-12.3 - Amount of special benefit
34:15-12.3. Amount of special benefitThe amount of such special benefit shall be computed by determining the difference between the amount of the compensation for such permanent disability and any temporary disability and the amount which such compensation would have been had the employee received such subsistence payments in connection with educational training as wages from his employer instead of from the said veterans administration.
