30:4C-49. Rules and regulations
The Division of Youth and Family Services shall make all necessary rules and regulations for administering the program for payments in subsidization of adoptions.L.1973, c. 81, s. 5. Amended by L.1983, c. 484, s. 4, eff. Jan. 17, 1984.
