2C:43-9. Release of all offenders; length of recommitment and reparole after revocation of paroleRelease of offenders on parole, recommitment and reparole after revocation shall be governed by the "Parole Act of 1979," P.L.1979, c. 441 (C. 30:4-123.45 et seq.).
