2A:17-6 - Dispute as to application of proceeds of executions out of different courts
2A:17-6. Dispute as to application of proceeds of executions out of different courtsIn a controversy between execution creditors as to the application of money realized from the sale of the property of a judgment debtor under executions issued out of different courts, the superior court shall in a summary action hear and decide the entire controversy.
