2A:17-21 - Appraisers;  appointment

2A:17-21.  Appraisers;  appointment     After making the levy and the inventory, the sheriff or other officer shall  appoint in writing 3 discreet and judicious persons of his county, indifferent  between the parties to the execution to make a just and true appraisement of  the personal property levied on.
