2A:44A-23 - Concurrent lien claims; pro rata payment
2A:44A-23. Concurrent lien claims; pro rata payment 23. All lien claims established by judgment shall be concurrent and shall be paid pro rata out of the lien fund and the proceeds of the sale authorized by this act.
