27:18-3 - Rules and regulations
27:18-3. Rules and regulationsThe board of chosen freeholders, or a committee thereof appointed for the purpose, may make rules and regulations for the government of the speedway, and may prescribe the manner in which it shall be used and the kinds of vehicles that may be used thereon.
