27:14-40 - Change of location of road
27:14-40. Change of location of roadThe location of any portion of the road may be changed, if deemed desirable, upon obtaining the consent in writing of the owners of land abutting on the portion of the road to be changed, and upon acquiring, without expense to the county, the land necessary for the change.
