27:13A-7 - Share of cost
27:13A-7. Share of costThe State's share of the cost of any project undertaken pursuant to the provisions of this act shall not exceed, in the case of county projects 50% and in the case of municipal projects 75% of the total cost thereof, including the cost of right-of-way acquisition, preliminary engineering, preparation of plans, specifications and estimates, construction supervision and inspection and the cost of construction, reconstruction or improvement as set forth in the agreement between the commissioner and the county or municipality.
