26:4-71 - Investigation of reported cases
26:4-71. Investigation of reported casesWhen cases of tuberculosis are reported to the state department as required by law, the state department and the local boards shall investigate such cases for the purpose of ascertaining whether the rules and regulations of the state department are being complied with.
