26:4-30 - Examination of suspected person on report from director
26:4-30. Examination of suspected person on report from directorWhen a local board or health officer receives a report from the director or from any person authorized by the director to make such report, that a person within the jurisdiction of the local board or health officer is, or is suspected to be, suffering from or infected with a venereal disease, the board or health officer may cause a medical examination to be made of the person for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not such person is in fact suffering from or infected with such disease.
