26:3-68 - Amendment or repeal of ordinance
26:3-68. Amendment or repeal of ordinanceThe local board may amend or repeal any provision of a health ordinance or code, such amendment to be passed and amended in the manner prescribed in sections 26:3-66 and 26:3-67 of this title for the enactment of an original ordinance or code.
