18A:64A-25.24. Plans and specifications, drawn or supervised by appropriate officerAll plans and specifications for the erection, alteration, improvement or repair of college buildings shall be drawn by or under the supervision of an appropriate officer employed by the college to whom such powers shall have been delegated by the Board of Trustees.
