18A:64A-25.22 - Liquidated damages
18A:64A-25.22. Liquidated damagesAny purchase, contract or agreement made pursuant to this article may include liquidated damages for the violation of any of the terms and conditions thereof or the failure to perform said contract or agreement in accordance with its terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of this article.
