18A:61-5 - Expense of maintaining pupil
18A:61-5. Expense of maintaining pupilWhenever the board is satisfied that the resources of a person applying for admission to the school or who is a pupil thereat, or those of his parent or guardian, are sufficient to defray either the whole or a part of the expense of maintenance of the pupil, the board may require the parent or guardian to pay either the whole or such portion thereof as it shall deem just and equitable.
