18A:43A-10. Empowers previously formed bureausAny children's bureau heretofore established in any school district and which has been and is performing any of the functions or services authorized by this chapter shall have all the powers conferred upon children's bureaus by this chapter in the same manner as though such bureau was established pursuant to this chapter.
