18A:22-32. Appropriation determination for certain type II districts18A:22-32. At or after the public hearing on the budget but not later than 18 days prior to the election, the board of education of each type II district having no board of school estimate shall fix and determine by a recorded roll call majority vote of its full membership the amount of money to be raised pursuant to section 5 of P.L.1996, c.138 (C.18A:7F-5) and any additional amounts to be voted upon by the legal voters of the district at the annual election pursuant to section 5 of that act, which sum or sums shall be designated in the notice calling the election as required by law.
