18A:16-9 - Responsibility of board
18A:16-9. Responsibility of boardNo board of education shall be under any liability or responsibility in connection with any such plan except to show that the payments have been made for the purposes aforesaid and that any bonds purchased through such deductions are delivered to the respective employees.
