17:19-5. Conveyance of property to applicant
Upon the acquisition by the city of the property, and payment to the city by the applicant of the sum expended by it, the governing body shall convey the property to the applicant, subject only to the public duties and obligations imposed upon the applicant by this article.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
