17:9A-46 - Accounting

17:9A-46.  Accounting     Unless ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction, a bank maintaining a common trust fund shall not be required to render a court accounting with regard to such fund.  A bank may, at such times, if any, as may be provided in the plan pursuant to which a common trust fund is established and maintained by  it, render a court accounting of its administration of such common trust fund  in such court, and in such manner, and with such effect as shall be provided by  law or by rules of court.  For the purposes of such accounting, a bank  maintaining a common trust fund shall be deemed to be a trustee of a nontestamentary trust.
