17:9A-23.56 - Regulations of commissioner
17:9A-23.56. Regulations of commissionerThe commissioner may make such orders and regulations, not inconsistent with this act, as he shall deem necessary during an emergency to provide for the uninterrupted continuance of business by banks to the extent consistent with the safety and security of persons and of property.
