13:1E-109.1 Meadowlands Commission payment to certain solid waste debt defeasance fund.1.Notwithstanding the provisions of section 35 of P.L.1975, c.326 (C.13:17-10.1), sections 10 and 11 of P.L.1981, c.306 (C.13:1E-109 and C.13:1E-110), section 8 of P.L.1985, c.368 (C.13:1E-176), or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant thereto, or any order issued by the Board of Public Utilities or the Department of Environmental Protection to the contrary, and subject to the approval of the Director of the Division of Budget and Accounting, the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission may withdraw from the escrow accounts established for the closure and post-closure monitoring of the sanitary landfill facilities operated by the commission an amount not to exceed $42,000,000 for payment to the State Treasurer for deposit in any solid waste debt defeasance fund created with respect to any county included within the Hackensack Meadowlands District.
