10:5-25 - Attorney for division; compensation
10:5-25. Attorney for division; compensationThe Attorney General shall appoint or assign the attorney for the division who may be a deputy attorney general. If said attorney is not a deputy attorney general he shall receive such compensation as may be determined by the Attorney General subject to available appropriations.
