Section 511:14 - Conveyance to Creditor.

511:14 Conveyance to Creditor. –
If, after payment of the redemption or purchase money, the attachment is dissolved or the levy under it is defeated, the creditor shall be entitled to receive from the person to whom the payment was made a conveyance of his right to the real estate.
