Section 53-B:14 - Existing Districts.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 53-B:14 (2021)
53-B:14 Existing Districts. –
Districts formed by municipalities under prior law shall continue to operate under the prior law and existing district agreements. A district may utilize any additional provisions of this chapter by amending its district agreement in accordance with the amendment process contained in its district agreement.
