Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 53-B:12 (2021)
53-B:12 Tax Exemption. –
All bonds and notes, and the interest thereon, heretofor or hereafter issued by a district formed under the provisions of RSA 53-B or of any general or special act, heretofor and hereafter enacted, shall be exempt from taxation in the state of New Hampshire.
