Section 52:12 - Annual Meetings.
Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 52:12 (2021)
52:12 Annual Meetings. –
The annual meeting of each district shall be held between January 1 and May 1 of each year. In the case of a district formed for the purpose of impoundment of water, the annual meeting shall be held at another time of the year if so voted at a previous meeting.
