Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 47:21 (2021)
47:21 Appeal From. –
Any party so prosecuted shall have the right to appeal to the superior court in the same manner and on the same terms and conditions as are provided by law for appeals from the judgments of municipal or district courts in other criminal prosecutions.
